Mr. Hung is appointed as the Director of Noi Bai International Airport took effect from July 2017. Before devoting his work fulltime to serve as the top executive at Noi Bai International Airport, he has nearly 13 years of experience advancing through various senior management positions at Noi Bai International Airport and its now subsidiary – the Noi Bai Airfield Operation Centre.
After graduating in 2000 from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, majoring in Electronics, he went to Australia to get the Master degree in Electronics – Telecommunication at University of Technology Sydney. He also has a Master degree in Enterprise Administration from Vietnam National University – United Business Institute Brussels UBI.

Beginning of his career at Noi Bai International Airport from the specialist of Airport Authority Department – Northern Airport Corporation to the currently position, Mr Hung has had 8-year tenure as a member of the executive team at Noi Bai Airfield Operation Centre from October 2004, then he was the Deputy Director of the Centre. In October 2010, after 6 years of showcasing his ability to align operation efficiency and customer’s needs, he was promoted to the Director position of the Noi Bai Airfield Operation Centre (previously known as the Noi Bai Airfield Operation Company). From April 2012 to June 2017, he served as Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport.

As a Deputy Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Noi Bai International Airport, Mr. Hung has been known for his major contribution to the strong commercial outcomes delivered by Noi Bai International Airport throughout the years. He has also designed and implemented key initiatives to drive successful change across multiple departments within the company.
Thanks to his strong academic background and wealth of managerial experience, he consequently brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration, operational expertise technical breadth as well as passion for customer care to keep Noi Bai International Airport is always on Top 100 best airports in the world from 2016 to 2018 (Skytrax).
